Cheeseburger Salad

Ingredients
  • 125g Ground Beef or
  • 1 Burger Patty
  • 1 Onion
  • 100g Pickled Cucumbers
  • Cheddar or other Cheese
  • Salt n Pepper
  • Base Lettuce
For Cocktail Sauce

  • 60g Mayonnaise
  • 30g Ketchup
  • 10g Mustard
  • Limejuice

Classic Cheeseburger turned into a fresh and light Salad. Great for Low Carb diet.

Take the Beef and shape it to a Patty, so it gets a nice crust and a soft inner while frying.
Pan fry the Patty in some Vegetable Oil and add the Chopped Onion after the first flip. Start crumbling apart the Patty if the Onions getting slightly brown and caramelized.
Add the Pickled Cucumbers and season with Salt and Pepper. Stir until all is nicely combined.

For the Cocktail Sauce mix the Mayonnaise, Ketchup and Mustard in a 6 to 3 to 1 ratio and finish with some Limejuice. Oregano or some Garlic Powder would fit perfectly into this.

Ready To Serve!

Top the meat-mix on a Base Lettuce like an Iceberg Lettuce with Tomatoes. Sprinkle some Cheddar or other Cheese and put on the Cocktail Sauce.
