- 250g Linguine
- 200g Chicken
- 200ml Cream
- 200g Shredded Cheese
- 100g Cherry Tomatoes
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Red Onion
Now we cook some Linguine with some fruity, creamy sauce.
Stir fry the Mushrooms with the Onions and add the chicken. Once the Chicken is cooked through season with Salt, Pepper, Oregano and Basil.
Pour over the cream and let it thicken up. Stir in the Tomatoes.
Add the Linguine and mix well. When all is heated up, serve with a sprinkle of italian herbs and/or Parmesan.
