Full Chilli Garlic Power ahead. Let’s make some spicy noodles.
Believe it or not for our chili garlic noodles we need to cook some noodles first, so cook some to your liking and sieve not rinse them. So the starch helps the oil and chilli to cling onto the noodles.
Take the bulb of garlic and separate it. Trim off the stems, peel the cloves and cut the garlic into slices. Now transfer the slices into a cold pan alongside with the diced bacon and a good amount of olive oil. Turn up the heat to high and stir frequently until the bacon slightly browns. Add the noodles, mix and season with SPG and hot chilli flakes. We recommend Pul Biber but feel free to use any type of chilli flakes you like.
Ready to serve when the noodles got crispy edges.
Garnish with some sour cream, lime-mayonnaise or crème fraîche. Sprinkle some dill or basil ontop.
Enjoy the heat!
