Multi 5 Cheese Wedges

Ingredients
For the Sloppy Mass

  • 5 Potatoes
  • Salt
  • 80ml Vegetable Oil
  • Gorgonzola
  • Camembert
  • Iberico
  • White Cheddar
  • Mountain Cheese
  • Chili Flakes
  • Spring Onions

Today we make the Ultimate Cheesy Goodness.
The Multi 5 Cheese Wedges with Cheese from five different Countries.

For this Ultimate Cheese Potato Dish we need to cut some Potato Wedges.
Put them in a bowl, season it with a good amount of Salt and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

Half an hour later we are ready to drain the Potatoes and give them a little oil bath.
Put the Wedges on a Baking tray and whack it in the Oven for about 30 minutues at 230°C/450°F.

In the meantime we can shred our Cheddar, Iberico and Mountain Cheese.
And also cut the Camembert and Gorgonzola.

When the Wedges are done give them into a Deep or Baking Dish and put on the five different cheeses.
Bake the Wedges With the Cheese a little longer to your liking.

Optional Garnish with some Spring Onion and Chili Flakes.
