- 500g All-Purpose Flour
- 7g Instand Yeast
- 10g Salt
- 20g Olive Oil
- 280g lukewarm water
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt, Pepper, Garlicpowder
To make the best Pizza in the world knead all the dough ingredients to a smooth dough, and let it rise at a warm spot until doubled.
We like our Pizza-Sauce thick and strong in flavor. So we use tomato-paste instead of sieved tomatoes. Simply season tomato-paste with herbs and spices to your taste.
Preheat the oven on the highest heat you got, for a normal oven that’s around ~250°C. A Pizza-stone will greatly improve the pizza.
Now lets build the pizza. Roll it out, place it on a baking tray or shovel, put on the sauce, the toppings you like and cheese. Or first cheese and then the toppings, depending on the style of your pizza.
Bake it until golden Brown.
