- 300g Drained Canned Tuna
- 80g Breadcrumbs
- 1tsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 Egg
- 1tsp. Mustard
- Salt, Pepper
- Breadcrumbs for the breading
- Burger Bun
First drain the Tuna and mix it with about 80g Breadcrumbs, Mayonnaise, Mustard and the egg. Season with Salt and Pepper and squeeze in one lime. Knead the mass until its well combined. The mass should be a little sticky so you can shape the patty. If its too wet add some more Breadcrumbs and if its too dry add some water.
Cover the patty with Breadcrumbs and fry both sides until its golden brown. Top with Cheese and let it melt.
Put it on the Burger Bun and spread some Sriracha Mayonnaise on it.
Enjoy with some great Potato Wedges.
