Mousse au Chocolat

  • 200g Dark Chocolate
  • 5 Egg Yolks
  • 30g Sugar
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 200g Cream

Super Fluffy Mousse au Chocolat made in a few Steps.

Melt the Dark Chocolate and set it aside. Now whip the Egg Yolks and the Sugar until foamy, whip the Egg Whites until peaky and whip the Cream.

Now fold in the Egg Mixture into the slightly cooled Chocolate until its nice and even. Add the Cream and fold again until all is well combined. Now to the important beaten Egg Yolks. Carefully fold it in so the bubbles won’t break.

Pour the Mousse in some Dessert Glasses or Container and Chill it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
