Basic Chili Con Carne

  • 500g ground beef
  • 500ml Beef Stock
  • 400g Canned Tomatoes
  • 2tbsp. Tomato-Paste
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • Oil for Frying
  • 5tbsp. Limejuice
  • 5tbsp. Gyro-Mix
  • Hot Sauce like Sriracha
  • Chillies
  • 250g Corn
  • 250g Kidney Beans

Its fast, easy and gets even tastier every time you reheat it. So perfect for make it in advance.
First day Chili with Bread, second day on Spaghetti and on the third inside a Burrito or Wrap.

To make this, preheat Oil in a pot and saute it on high heat. If the meat browns add the chopped Onions and cook them until they are soft, then add the Garlic.

After about 5 minutes add the Tomato-Paste and work it in, season with the Gyro-Mix and add the canned Tomatoes. After the whole mass reheats add the Beef Stock.
Now let it simmer until the desired consistency is reached.

Serve on Rice, Noodles or standalone with Ciabatta or Baguette.
Also a perfect filling for Lasagna Mexican Style.
