  • 400ml Cream
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 400g Canned Tomatoes
  • Lime Juice

Spicy Chicken Chunks in a Creamy Tomato Sauce. Traditional Chicken Tikka Masala made easy!

First mix all of the Herbs and Spices together and rub them on some Chicken Breasts or Thighs. For this use some Vegetable Oil or Yogurt.
For the best flavor marinade them overnight in the fridge.

After marinading fry the Chicken on medium heat in some oil until done. After that put them out of the pan and keep them on a plate or wrap them in aluminium foil.
To the Oil and Spices in the pan toss some Onion Chunks, cook them a few minutes then add the minced Garlic and cook for another few minutes.
To the Onion and Garlic add some Tomato Paste and work it in.

If all is combined pour some Canned Tomatoes and Broth/Stock to it. We used Beef Stock it has the most flavor in our opinion.
Let it simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes until slightly reduced.
Add the Cream and, season with some Curry Seasoning to taste and add the Diced Chicken. If you want you can add some Hot Sauce and Lime Juice for more flavor.

Serve with some Rice or Bread.

Enjoy!
