  • 350g Fleischkäse
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 500ml Broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato-Paste
  • 200ml Cream
  • 300g Cream Cheese
  • ~8 Slices of Cheese

Ready for some creamy cheesy goodness?

First up saté the Fleischkäse (very fine german meatloaf), red bell pepper and onion on high heat until the meat browns. Pour in the broth (chicken, beef or veggie) and dissolve all other ingredients except the 8 slices of cheese. After all is well combined and starts bubbling lower the heat down to medium and let it cook down for about an hour under some stirring from time to time. Depending on the broth used seasoning is not required, if you got weaker broth you got to season to taste.

If it reaches your desired thickness, layer some cheese on top and let it melt without touching or stirring. Once the cheese is melted its ready to serve alongside with some rice , potatoes or noodles.
