Tuna Wraps
Ingredients
For the Wrap-dough
- 500g All-Purpose Flour
- 7g Instand Yeast
- 10g Salt
- 20g Olive Oil
- 280g lukewarm water
For Tuna Filling
- Canned Tuna
- Red Bell Pepper
- Feta Cheese
- Corn
- Kidney Beans
- Red Onions
- Lettuce
- Lime Mayonnaise
Wraps are easy to make and easy to eat. Everybody can fill them to their liking and you can pre-make them, so they are perfect for parties or bigger events.
Knead all dough ingredients to a smooth dough and let it rise covered until doubled.
The dough is for 8 normal size Wraps. So divide the dough on a floured surface and shape into balls. Let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
Roll out the balls and bake them at 250°C/480°F on a preheated stone or baking tray for 30-45 seconds per side. You also can make them in a non stick pan on medium high heat.
After baking let the wraps cool down under a kitchen towel to prevent them from drying out.
Ready to serve and top with everything you want.
