  • 220g Lukewarm Water
  • 1 Beaten Egg For Topping
  • Sesame Seeds

The biggest Burger we’ve made and also the first Bacon Bomb. Johnny from the Grillshow inspired tribute mixed up with the style of BOEMEF.

A good burger bun is the first step to a good burger, so we gonna make it ourselves.

Knead up all the dough ingredients to a smooth dough. Let it rest until doubled. Form two buns, slightly flat them out, brush on egg-wash and top with sesame seeds.
Bake at 200°C/390°F for 15-20 minutes.

Now to the fun part. Make a Bacon-Net and place the first half of the beef on it. Season it and add chilis and cheddar. Top with the second half of the beef and season again. Wrap the bacon around and rub on the rub.

Unfortunately in our spaceship we cannot put on a grill so we have to pan fry.
Fry the bomb in a little bit oil on medium heat until the bacon becomes crispy. Spread your favorite BBQ-Sauce on both sides and top it with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
Bake at 200°C/390°F until the bomb is cooked through.

Take the bomb out of the oven and build up the burger with extra BBQ-Sauce and onions.

Enjoy!
