- 170g Cream Cheese
- 170g Cheddar Cheese
- Chili Flakes
Today we’re gonna make some Cheesy filled Bacon Croissants.
1. Cut the puff pastry to a triangular shape.
2. Put two slices of bacon on the edges.
3. Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar and chili flakes.
4. Spoon some cheese mixture on the puff pastry.
5. Roll the puff pastry.
6. Shape croissant.
7. Bake at 220°C/430°F for about 15-18 minutes or until nicely browned.
Enjoy while still warm!
