Mexican Loaded Nachos

  • 200g Nachos
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 100g Kidney Beans
  • 100g Corn
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Spring Onions

Cheddar and Chicken variation of a classic recipe. Hot and Spicy Nacho Bake.

This recipe is so easy like it’s short.

Dice some cubes of Chicken Breasts and fry them on high heat with some Oil. After its cooked through and got some color, season with Taco Seasoning or our Gyro Seasoning. It tastes almost the same.

Put all of the Nachos in a ovenproof dish. No matter what Nachos you choose, Salted or with flavor.
Sprinkle on some shredded Cheddar and the fried Chicken. Add sweet canned Corn ,Kidney Beans and for some freshness quartered Cherry Tomatoes.

Broil on high heat until the Cheese melts. Serve with Spring Onions on top alongside with some Dips like Guacamole and Salsa.
