Pizza Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 200g Shredded Cheese
- 4 Mini Salami
- 1/2 Bell Pepper
- 100g Bacon
- Pizza Dough and Sauce
- Italian Herbs
Super Easy Pizza Cupcakes Recipe. Made with just a few ingredients for the perfect Cheesy Joy.
Roll out the Pizza Dough and cut into square pieces. Squeeze them into the slightly greased Cupcake Tin and spread in some Pizza Sauce.
For the filling fry some Bacon, sliced Mini Salami and diced Bell Pepper. Mix with Shredded Cheese and mix.
If you want you can season a little with Italian Herbs like Basil, Oregano and Thyme.
Fill the Pizza Cupcakes to the top and put on some more Cheese. Garnish with some sliced Mini Salami and bake for about 10-15 minutes at 250°C/480°F in a preheated Oven.
Top with some Italian Herbs or Seasoning.
