Bacon Bomb Dogs

Hot Dog in style of a Bacon Bomb filled with Cheddar Cheese.

First we have to make a Bacon Net. So like in our Giant Chili Cheese Bacon Bomb Burger Video create the mesh.

Now spread the Ground Beef on the Bacon Net and gently season with Salt and Pepper. Add the Cheddar Cheese and roll it all up.
Make sure to seal the ends tight.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/390°F until the Bacon is dark Brown and Crisp. Bake it on a wire rack so the Bacon won’t swim in it’s Juices. Place a dripping pan under the Mini Bacon Bombs so you don’t mess up the oven.

Feel free to flip it halfway or give it a BBQ or Honey Glaze from time to time.

For the finish put the Bacon Bomb Dog in a Bun and use toppings to your liking.
